|
Can I pay and then dispute my ticket?
No. If you pay your ticket, you have waived your right to dispute it. While disputing a ticket, it is placed on a temporary hold and the amount will not increase during this time. Once a determination is made at any level of the review process, the time clock will continue another 21 days to pay or dispute further before the amount increases.

Why is the Dispute button not appearing next to my ticket?
The Dispute button will not appear if the time guidelines for disputing have expired. If the time guidelines have expired, you have waived your right to dispute the ticket and only have the option to pay.

PMB does not make decisions on appeals.

Should I pay my ticket if my time is almost up and I haven’t received a determination email?

My ticket is due today; can I mail my payment today?
If your ticket is due today, we recommend paying it online. We go by the postmark on the envelope we receive. If your payment is due today, make sure it goes out in today’s mail to be postmarked with today’s date.
