If you have already paid your ticket, you have waived the option to dispute the ticket.

If you were not the owner of the vehicle at the time the ticket was issued, click here.

First appeals must be submitted within 21 days from the date the ticket was issued or 14 days from the date on the mailed delinquent notice . If you have surpassed the time frame, you will no longer be given the option to dispute, only the option to pay.

Second appeals (hearing) must be submitted within 21 days from the date you received a determination regarding your first appeal.

Each person receiving a parking citation is entitled to participate in a three-stage appeals process.
If the statutory time limits for the filing in each stage are not met, there is no appeal and all parking penalties and late fees must be paid.
