Why isn’t my parking citation / ticket in the system?
Automated citations are typically uploaded to the system within five (5) business days.
What if I do not have my citation / ticket number to pay on-line?
If you do not have your citation number, please enter your vehicle license plate number.
What if more than one parking citation / ticket number is displayed. Do I have to pay all of the citations?
You may choose to pay any or all of the parking citations.
Why did my citation bail amount increase?
You have twenty-one (21) days from the date of the citation, or fourteen (14) days from the date the Notice of Illegal Parking was mailed to pay the original bail amount .
